Diaper Bag - Restaurant Toys
I saw this and thought it would be a cool travel toy. Travel Chalk Board
I also have a matchbox playset - it folds up nice and small and unfolds into a nice sized table, quiet playset.Matchbox play set

I LOVE THE CHALKBOARD!
I bet you can DIY something like that with chalkboard paint!

Great idea for a thread! I am constantly searching for great travel items that don't make noise. DS is 2. Here are some of our faves, and some I hope to get soon:
Pocket Magna Doodle
Sticker Book
When I Grow Up
Faces Stickers
Sorting Bears
String a Farm
Color Wonder Travel Tote
We also carry crayons with a small blank pad, a small set of nesting cups, a small wood puzzle and a few mega blocks. I would love to hear other ideas!

I made chalkboards for the busy bags!
I bought mini clipboards & spray painted them with chalk paint!! SO EASY & cheap!!!  You can use felt I believe for an eraser.

I also have small puzzles from Party City in a sandwich bag so they don't get lost.
I love buying junk in their party favor aisle - its cheap and if you lose it, no big deal.

I gave out the chalkboard mats as favors for my son's 1st birthday...they were hit with all the ages.

Where did you get them from?
Etsy...If you search for chalkboard mats you'll get a slew of pages. The vendor I ordered from isn't making them anymore. I don't have pics from the party, but these are from the vendor's page. I included a box of chalk with each.
