What are you doing for fall clothes if you are due Oct/Nov?
With being due on 11/1 and a potential early arrival, I was really reluctant to buy any fall clothes but just caved and ordered a couple of pairs of pants and long sleeved tops.
I could potentially only be wearing these clothes for a month but I don't think my capris and summer dresses will cut it in October. What are those of you due around the same time doing about fall clothes and work clothes in particular?

Cr@p! I didn't even think of shoes. My feet swell so much and I know I will be too cold in sandals.

I am going to try to wear light sweaters over my shirts for the few weeks that it will be fall (C/S 10/21). I do have a couple of mid-weight sweaters, but I don't plan on buying many more.

Well, I have 2 pairs of uggs to hold me over from last year (plus having a sister in the shoe business gets me good discounts, if need be, but I am strictly staying away from shoes that cost over $10 right now since my feet may or may not change). But I bought 2 pairs of pants, and a 3 long sleeve shirts. I kinda figured I can still wear t-shirts and just wear sweaters if I get cold or anything. old navy maternity had some marked down items for fall already.

I have a dress code at work and can only wear tan or black pants. so I have a pair of each in maternity that i've been wearing all summer and will continue. i have a few maternity tops, short sleeve and tanks, that i'm hoping to wear with either a cardigan or sweater over it to get me through til the end of october! hopefully it won't be too cold!

I just bought a few things today, mostly leggings and long sleeved tops. I have jeans from when I was pregnant with my ds. I think I'll just buy some bulkier cardigans and stuff that I can wear after the baby is born. I've been able to wear some non-maternity cardigans open or just buttoned at the top.

Some people will wear maternity clothes for a while after they deliver, but my intention is to never leave the house for w few weeks (minus Dr appts). I have a pair of maternity jeans and some leggings my sister gave me. I figure I will just wear a sweater over my shirts and tanks. I HATE spending $ on maternity clothes!

Re: What are you doing for fall clothes if you are due Oct/Nov?
I already have some pants and I'll just wear open sweaters/ sweater coats.
As far as after I give birth- last time I no longer wore maternity after birth besides jeans for a few weeks. All my sweats/ pj type lounge pants that were uncomfortable b/c of the band were perfectly fine right after delivery.

I was just thinking about this...I have plenty of maternity jeans and pants but I may have to get myself some long sleeve shirts. I dont think my summer stuff is going to cut it, at least not at work.

Re: What are you doing for fall clothes if you are due Oct/Nov?
i refuse to buy anymore maternity clothes. i just bought a bunch of capris, so i am hoping that it is warm enough to get away with them and then pre pregnancy sweaters that i can just wear open. i tried on some pre pregnancy pants today and they actually fit well with the bella band.....so if i REALLY need pants i will do that.
