Deer Park?
I know noting about it.
is this is a good area? how are the schools? I am hearing mixed reviews.

My friend lives in Deer Park. They are very happy in their area. I could find out what street.
Also my cousin lives there too..different section I think.

its ok there.
i grew up on the border of it.
schools are decent.
are they the best on LI? no.
are they the worst? far from it.

i looked at two homes under 400k in deer park and they were both in iffy areas. however i know someone who lives in deer park and their area seems good. deer park is fairly "large" so lots of good areas. stay away from industrial parks--that is where the bad is it seems.

There are parts of Deer Park that are in HHH school district that are nice...They border Dix Hills.
