where did you find your babysitter/nanny?
anyone use sittercity? any other suggestions? We are looking for someone to come to our house to watch our 2 little ones 3 days a week. TIA!

We used sittercity and found a great sitter. Had to go through a lot of applicants to find her though. But glad we waited until we were really comfortable with who was applying.

we used sitter city and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and her entire family. i was very specific with my ad, I weeded out a ton right from their profile, then I weeded out a few right over the phone, then a i met with 3. My DD was 6 mos when I met my sitter and she fell asleep on her shoulder duing the interview I fell in love right there and then, lol. I went to her house a few days later and met her family too. I really only used her 2 days a week but now we hang out together and so do our families. Amazing amazing experience!!!
