At LEAST 2x a day. It grosses me out to think people only brush once a day? What about all that food u ate alllll day and I would hope everyone brushes in the morning....Ew this thread is giving me the creeps

Up to 5+ times a day. I am doing invisalign and everytime I take the retainers out to eat, I floss, brush and use listerine before putting the retainers back in.
Before I started Invisalign, I did morning and before bed.

Twice a day, but I only use mouth wash in the morning or if I feel something is stuck at night. I floss too.

His teeth, themselves, may be okay but I guarantee you that his periodontal health will tank as he gets older.
The poll results are killing me. On one hand I'm horrified that there are still adults that only brush their teeth once a day because it really is one the most simple, no brainer personal hygiene routines to do. I mean how hard is it to brush your teeth for two minutes? BUT on the other hand, total job security. So thank you, you lazy little non-brushing, non-flossing schmutz mouthers! God love every plaque-caked, calculus-ringed, infected, bleeding gummed one of you!

These results are a little 
I have to brush my teeth the minute I wake up, literally. DS will be calling me but I make him wait to brush my teeth, lol. I also have to brush my teeth before bed because I just think of everything from the day still being on them.  For me it is mental and I have to do it at least 2x a day. I will also do a freshening up brush if I am going out.
THIS is me!!!

Twice a day, sometimes 3, like if we are going out somewhere I would like some fresh breath.
As soon as I wake up I have to go to the bathroom then while I am in there I brush my teeth. Makes sense to me but DH waits until after he eats breakfast. He says that he wants to brush away the breakfast from his teeth but I think that is so nasty to eat with morning breath, I don't want that taste with breakfast in my mouth, nasty.

i brush frequently.
always in the morning.
always before bed.
frequently after meals and sometimes just because -- i have sensitive teeth and seem to always have a tooth bugging me so brushing makes them feel better.

Same here. But before, I was a 2-3x a day brusher.

At least twice a day - once right before leaving the house in the morning and right before bed. I'll also usually do a mid-afternoon brush if I'm home.

Just because the world doesnt brush 20x a day doesn't mean our teeth will fall out and that we are disgusting.
I know people who brush 3x a day and floss everyday and have horrible teeth so I dont buy into that you have to do all this stuff. I keep my teeth clean and eat good foods and have never had cavities or braces or any bleeding or other issues with my teeth and gums!

This poll is grossing me out! How do 27% of people only brush in the morning? Aren't they disgusted by all the food residue left on their teeth from eating all day?! The sad thing is,that's good compared to the 6 people who don't brush their teeth at all!
