Scrapbooking party?

I was invited to a scrapbooking party, kind of like a tupperware party were they sell all the stuff you need. I have never been to one and i am not sure what i need to bring, i just started so i don't have many pages made yet. Plus i don't have a job right now and can't afford to buy anything, am i obligated to buy something?

I have never heard of a scrapbooking party. I always feel obligated to buy stuff at those types of parties, but no one should be offended if you don't. Go for fun anyway.

I don't know if you need to bring anything. My mother went to one recently and she doesn't even scrapbook She bought a whole bunch of stuff and dumped it at my house and said, "Make something."
I'd go just for fun. Don't feel obligated to buy anything. I know that feeling, but you just started, so even just going for ideas is good.

I went to one and was told to bring some photos (I think I brought 4). I was not obligated to buy anything and I didn't. It was no big deal. It was my first time scrapbooking. It was fun.

Sounds like fin. I never knew they had scrapbooking parties!

I brought nothing to the party I went to. I bought a rubber stamp with our name & address on. Someone we will be able to use in the future since I don't have the time for scrapbooking.
