Not sure where you're located but the Yoga Room in Long Island City and AStoria have fantastic prenatal classes.

I was about to post this.. my friend works in LIC and she goes here.
It's an amazing program, I'm so grateful for it  There's a Movement for Labor and Delivery seminar that will take place in August...open to all if you're interested. Not sure if details are on the website but your friend can fill you in.
