I have very thick, and long hair. What curling iron do you use, or could you recommend? I dont mind spending $$$ if it is worth the result!!! TIA

I use Frederic Fekkai Beach Waves. It's a spray that you use on dry hair and it gives you a great touseled beachy look. It also smells great!

If I want to use a curler I use an Amika Curling Wand. Usually I just use Fructis Wonder Waves Wave-enhancing spray. I spray it in my hair after I shower at night and put my hair up into a messy bun and in the morning it is very wavy. Works really well for the price-it's so cheap!

a good clipless iron/curling wand... an inch in diameter.... since you have thick hair you would probably have to do smaller sections at a time..

I use this iron called the herstyler P3...it has 3 interchangeable barells in 3 different sizes...the biggest one gives the beachy type waves...

Ooo..I have to look for this. I've been slowly trying to transition into this look. I'm so tired of flat ironing to get pin straight hair. I don't have the time or patience anymore. Chat Icon
