Yikes! My self-diagnosis of that sore throat I had...
So, I'm guessing here, but...
I went to refill the reusable water bottle I've been LIVING on lately and noticed all this crud around where the top screws on! Ugh... it's was like mold or something that got trapped in the area I never see! My DH made me throw the bottle out and bought me a new one!
I've just been mindlessly filling and refilling this thing... never thinking to look in the crevices!
Sorry it's gross, but check out your water bottle!
I really think this is what was giving me that on and off sore throat because the past two days, I've been fine!

I know!!! I feel like an idiot for never seeing it! I always rinsed the bottle out, but never really looked at where the top screws on!

Hopefully you will feel better! I use an aluminum bottle that I put in the dishwasher, and it comes out great.
