Moms PG with #2 and are done...

How did you know you were done? DH and said we weren't going to tie my tubes during my c-section because he wasn't sure he wanted to stop at 2, maybe 1 more tops. Then all the issues started with this pregnancy, im tired of the weight gain, my body is completely different now. I want my body back, the incontience, bleeding, heartburn, insane weight gain is getting to me. I love feeling the baby and the baby wave my belly does is amazing but i want my body back and im not sure i can do it again plus after 2 i have to think about a bigger car, i can't go back to work until the youngest is in school and i miss working and making money (I hate asking DH for money)...how did you know you were done...

As you know..I did tie my tubes with this baby. We knew we only wanted 2 and DH was going to get a vasectomy but after long thoughts about it I decided to get it done during this C Section since they would already be "in there".
For us, the decision was mainly financial. I work FT. My MIL watches my kids and my nephews...add another one, its just too much. No way can we afford daycare and I have to work to pay our mortgage. Also the cost of college, diapers, formula, clothes etc.. Part of it was also my age. I know people have babies in their late thirties and forties but for me...too much of a gamble.
I also want my body back- to lose this weight for once and all. And I know its selfish but I want ME time. The thought of a third baby (especially since we have 2 under 2 now) scares the crap out of me. Just be sure. Its so final you need to be 100%!

I had my tubes Tied during my last c-section. I had my first dd prematurely, and was lucky to even have dd #2. The pregnancy went off ok, buti had a one of dr visits for shots, sonograms, etc. A few trips to l&d, and she even came 9 days bevore my scheduled cs. It all worked out, but I know that I don't want another one.
