What would be a fair amount to pay? Afterschool related.
DD got a full day spot in Pre-K for this upcoming school year.  She will be attending school from 8:20-2:45 ish. I won't be able to pick her up until 5:30 or so. I don't know if I should put her in afterschool or if I should ask her current sitter to pick her up and stay with her.
I'm kind of leaning towards the sitter because DD will only be 3 almost 4 when she starts and it's her first school experience so I'm trying to transition her but how much should I pay the sitter? She's been watching DD since she was 5 months old. We currenty pay her a flat rate of $250 a week for 4 days. TIA
