btdt/childcare?

I still have 10 weeks to go and all of my maternity leave, but it just hit me that I have to find childcare for my LO...I am officially freaking out...Where do I even look??

Im in the process of trying to get a day from home once a week but other than that I would need it 4x a week and I dont even know where to begin??

Im currently in the Manhasset area and started crying when I looked around briefly on line!

not btdt.. but ugh the dreaded childcare situation.. first off you have time, don't panic.. think about what type of daycare you are looking for.. at home nanny, at home day care, a franchise, a non francise private day care etc..

it will fall into place.. no worries.. you can ask the girls here who they use as well.. and check out reviews online, and when you do narrow it down, just pop in for a visit to see and feel them out.

there's link for a state website that you can use to see if daycares are licencsed or not..

just my advice - if you are considering daycare, go look NOW. many of them have huge waiting lists.
