Middle name help

My husband and I are having a hard time finding a girl name we both like. I thought girls names would be easier but they are harder. We are both leaning toward Cassandra but are trying to come up with a middle name. We both think a one syllable middle name would be best.

DH likes Lynn or Leigh. I don't love either one but I agree they both sound good with Cassandra. The only thing is Cassandra Leigh makes me think of Sandra Lee. What do you guys think? If you have another suggestion, please post. Thanks!

Who's Sandra Lee? The Food Network lady?

I used to get called "Sandra Dee" a lot and people would sing "Look at me, I'm Sandra Dee" from Grease, but it wasn't like a being-made-fun-of thing. It never bothered me one bit.

I love the name Cassandra. I'd totally name a child that if it weren't already so close to my name.

I love love love the name Leigh. It's probably one of my favorite names ever. DH just doesn't like names that aren't clearly for a girl or boy. (I had wanted Melina for our DD originally, but love Megan too, and she totally looks like a Megan so that worked out fine.) But as a middle name it's just gorgeous and perfect. Really, both you can't go wrong with.

Those are both so much nicer than my own middle name, which I really dislike. It starts with an N and doesn't flow with Sandra AT ALL. I have no clue what my parents were thinking.

Lynn is my middle name but, I love the way it sounds with Leigh
