Anyone Get Charlie Horses in their abdomen?

I woke up in the middle of the night in terrible pain on the lower left side of my abdomen. I felt like a Charlie Horse, but I never knew you could get them in you stomach. I was almost in tears because it hurt so badly. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did it go away within a minute? Sounds like round ligament pain. You probably twisted funny in your sleep. It happens to me (and many others) when I stand up too fast or reach sideways to grab something. Rarely now, but at the beginning of my second tri it happened almost every day for a while.

I'm no expert, but that could be a Braxton Hicks contraction. Is it a tightness? I get mine on the right side of my belly button. It is NOT a pleasant feeling! And my whole stomach feels hard. It's definitely woken me up a few times and I usually have to prop a pillow under my belly so it's not hanging, which makes it feel worse.
