O.M.G. Stop the presses. SOMEONE MUST MAKE THESE & tell me how they are...so I can live vicariously through you.....
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Here's what you need:
About 20 strawberries
8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 sleeve of graham crackers
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
basically, you core the strawberries and stuff with the mixture.....and then crush the graham crackers to sprinkle over the cream.......

The site said to cut off tops of strawberries and use a small little knife to core out the inside.
As far as getting mushy....I don't think they last that long without being eaten!

Ive made them before, minus the graham crackers. They were good, very refreshing for the summer and so cute for an app or dessert!
