How Much???? Need Help
I work FT and my good friend offered to watch the girls so I could stop paying daycare. However when I asked her how much she wants to be paid, she keeps avoiding an actual number.
She would be watching 2 kids, 7 hours either 2-3 days a week.
I would send snacks/drinks/lunch.
How much would you pay??

We are paying a friend 275 a week to watch a newborn and an 18 month old in our house 3 days a week from 10am to 4pm. Off the books.

Im returning to work in September and Im paying a 40 year old woman $20 per hour. ALso, two weeks vacation at $500 per week. Shes a professional nanny. Keep in mind, shes coming to my house, my twin girls will be 15 months, she'll be working some Sundays and per week- her hours and days arent set in stone- for example, some weeks shes working 10 hours and some shes working 25 hours.
