Cramps
I am 31 weeks and have been having painful cramps (some more painful than others). My doctor examined me and LO and everything is fine thank goodness. Dr said it's probably a stomach virus or something, but I keep cramping every now and then and it's very uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this feeling?

Are you drinking enough water?
Sometimes I get crampy if Ive done too much exerting myself or if im dehydrating....
Could also be Braxton Hicks. Although they say they dont "hurt" Ive been having painful cramping for the past couple of days. Just 36 weeks today

I am drinking a lot of water and eating fruit as well. Maybe it's Braxton Hicks...not sure it's my first pregnancy so I don't know what that feels like. It's just a very uncomfortable feeling.

if the doctor checked you out and said everything looks good i wouldnt worry too much...
i get crampy from time to time, they are not painful, but could be just your body stretching

I do feel much better knowing the doctor is not worried about it, but it just comes and goes and get uncomfortable. I thought about the stretching factor as well and think it's just my body not used to all the changes. I've been fairly small my entire pregnancy, but now I am starting to get bigger each day!
