what do travel agents do if you know where you want to go and you are just going to a hotel? For ex, I am going to Beaches in T&C. Beaches has a shuttle from the airport to the resort and then we stay on the resort. I got the prices from the hotel and was ready to book but before i do I realized on TripAdvisor that most went through agents. What does an agent do? Would I get a better rate? Can they add in any extras or something??? Thanks!
