How do you find homes built...

by a particular builder. Some of you may have read previously that we are struggling with the contract on a house we really like - the Sellers are putting in some really difficult terms. What we really love is the house itself - we wouldn't care if it were located somewhere else (as long as it's a decent area of course). I know the name of the builder and found them online - but they only have office hours Tues-Thurs. I need to know asap if they have anything on the market because we're due to sign this crazy contract next week - if we choose to. We were hoping to go out for a last minute run this weekend. Any idea if there's a site for builders that tells you what they have out there?
