Citi-Mini Stroller

I'm registered for this stroller and from what I've seen in the store, and the reviews I have read, I love it!

Just wanted to hear from people who have it...

It's good for long walks right?

Do I need an umbrella stroller also?

Is there enough support in in the back for the baby?

What color do you have?? hahah this is the hardest thing for me. I was going with the stone one, but my husband likes black. I also like the black and green. We're having a girl, but I want a neutral color.

THANKS!

Re: Citi-Mini Stroller

i don't have my babies yet but I do have my double stroller. I took it around on my block to see how well it strolls and I LOVE IT. I'm having 2 girls and I decided to get the red and black.
I originally wanted the black and I would spruce it up with pink accents or purple but my DH didn't want black for the babies.

I even stuck my niece and nephew in it to see how it is with weight and it was still very easy glide. (they are 4 and 1 1/2)

Re: Citi-Mini Stroller

Crashing... we have it in the Stone color. Love the stroller and the color, DD loves it too so no complaints. A lot of people say the hammock style seat doesn't sit straight up enough but it never bothered DD, and I think the 2011 city mini fixed that issue anyway. Great for long walks, DD was 6 weeks old when we started using it, the sun shade is huge, she sleeps great in it, smooth ride. It's our one and only stroller.

Crashing also... I have it in the all black and LOVE it. We have the 2011 version and originally had the 2010. I like the 2011 version better for DS (sits more comfortably and the seat can sit up straighter).

I was caught between the stone and the black, very happy we got the all black. Since the stroller folds like a clamshell with the seat fabric facing OUT, I know it would just get dirtier a lot faster for us. And I think it looks very sleek.

Went to check this out in the store. LOVE how easy it closes, how light it is. Totally getting this! Color depends on the sex which we find out WednChat Icon

we registered for the stone color to keep things gender neutral so we can use it for our next child. we thought the black might get too hot but it does look nice!

Re: Citi-Mini Stroller

Thanks! Good to hear from people who have it and use it. I didn't think about the black being too hot...it's really between the stone and black. My husband thought the stone would get too dirty.

I gotta check to see if the one I registered for was 2011 or not. I didnt notice.

Re: Citi-Mini Stroller

We have the green...our baby is too small now to fit into it, but it's all set up and it strolls nicely..LOL..we got the green and love the color! If I knew I'd never use it again and knew I had a girl beforehand, I think the purple is gorgeous!
