putting my feet up
ok so I'm almost 13 w with  every time I leave somewhere people tell me to go home and put my feet up. Why do I have to put my feet up? They don't hurt, I feel great. I'm tired, but who isn't that is pregnant. Is there something I'm missing that I'm not aware of??

I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant with  and I would definitely recommend putting your feet up whenever you can!! It will take the pressure off of your cervix! I'm on bed rest and have to keep my feet up 90-95% of the time. I'll do anything that will keep these little boys in longer!

Definitely something they recommend for people who have twins because of cervix pressure. Since you are carrying more than one baby, the pressure on your cervix is greater than with a single pregnancy.
