Cariabbean vacation rentals - INSIGHT needed
Can anyone offer any insight on vacation rentals?
Besides all of the amenties that I am looking for.... what are other key things that I should research?
is there a know website to use/trust?
pros/cons?
I have never done this before and would like to get our family of 4 away...
please share your advice!!

i would reccomend that depend on where in the caribbean the rental is inside a private community or associate with a resort close by where everything you need is in there. for your on family and your security. Like Casa de campo in the Dominican Republic

my DH and I have rented a house on Aruba 3 times already. The house is great, 2 bedrooms, 2 full-baths, full kitchen and a pool.
I found this woman online through the Aruba Message boards and she can highly recomended
Maybe you can see if there is a message board for where you are going and get some recomendations from them.
