Re: Help
I can't believe you just posted this, I have been having it the past couple nights and just googled it 5 minutes before I saw this post.

Re: Help
OMG! I wasn't sure if this really was a pregnancy symptom!!! I've been feeling this way for the past 2 weeks or so! I can't get comfortable after about 8pm each night. It's killing me!!!

Re: Help
I've been getting this so bad throughout my pregnancy. Taking a shower (at any hour of the night) and getting out of bed to walk around a bit seems to help a little.

Re: Help
i have noticed i sleep a lot better - less leg and hip pain - when i have a banana at some point in the evening...not sure if it will help with restless legs but it helps with calf cramps, etc...

Re: Help
Ugh...it's torture. I thought about the banana, maybe I'm low in potassium. So I had a protein shake with 450 g of potassium about a half hour before I went to bed and I had no cramps. Not saying it was a cure... My luck it was just an off night, but try it.
