We are considering a Las vegas trip for our anniversary in Sept. I really don't want to spend a lot of money. We've been once before and stayed at the Luxor. I see good reviews about the Golden Nugget and it is inexpensive enough.
Any reviews on this hotel or Fremont Street in general?

The Nugget to me is old and rundown. The best deals I found are at the Luxor, Excaliber, or the NYNY.
Also, the Rio is reasonable priced as well, though it is off the main strip.
