The White iPhone 4 needs a slim down.
The day has come. The news about the white iphone is like front page news on these gadget websites.
Update.
FWIW. The white iphone is thicker then the black iphone and most cases out on the market right now will not work because of this issue.

The 16 GB iPhone 5 will launch in September for $199 and the iPhone 4 will continue on for another year and retail for $99 just like the 3Gs did until it's recent price drop...

Apple likes to follow trends on their product updates. Like the iPhone 3, then the 3G, then the 3Gs. Each one had only minor hardware changes, and not so many physical changes, they all looked practically the same.
The same will happen with the iPhone 4. The next version will likely be the iPhone 4G, to support the new 4G cellular networks. It may be 10% faster, 3% lighter, but overall will likely be the same phone.
The iPhone 5, will be an entirely new concept, both in hardware and design, and that phone is most likely not to be released for some time.
The iPhone 4G will be be out after the summer, which will be approximately 9+ months after the release of the iPhone 4.
Apple likes the 9+ month update cycles.

I think the ATT iPhones are on a one year cycle, not 9 months
