I just finished reading The Best Birth by Sarah McMoyler. She was an L&D nurse. Their motto is "Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby, However you get there." I want to try for a natural childbirth but this book talked about not feeling guilty if you needed an epidural either. It had some great tips for natural childbirth, plus it has "Dad Boxes" that I make DH read. She said she sees too many couples too upset that their birth plan didn't go the right way instead of celebrating the birth of their child that she wanted to take a different approach.

I liked it because it was middle of the road. It didn't pressure one way or the other. Thought I would pass the recommendation along!
