i don't think it will do either because there are always ppl who will want that.

we live about 5 blocks from a very quiet train station. even though there are about 2 trains an hour, we never hear or feel them, all the trains stop at the station so they're never going fast. defintely depends on the buyer and possibly the volume of the station, imo.
