In Contract on our Home!! It's officially off MLS. Pic included.
I have posted a few times about our search for a home. This was the 5th house we placed an offer on  . Yes, 5th! lol.
They saved the best for last! I am thrilled the way everything worked out, b/c we really do love this house the best. I think we were settling on some of the other houses. So goodluck to those who are house hunting....take your time. I know we felt rushed and were considering houses that did not have our "must haves".
We should be closing btwn june 15-July 1!!!! I cant wait to finally have a house.
Thanks for everyone who gave me advice along the way.

The inside is all updated. And they also recently put in a new paver driveaway, new paved patio with a built in BBQ with counter and firepit. I cant wait for summer.
The bedrooms need cosmetic work with paint and rip out carpet and sand and stain hardwood just upstairs. Hardwood is showing downstairs.
It will be fun to make it my own.
