Does anyone else who sits at a desk all day...
have a giant PITA?? I have a pretty good chair, but lately my b u t t is SO sore. I'm constantly shifting around, but it doesn't help much, especially since when I sit more forward my belly gets in the way and it's uncomfy 
Any suggestions?
I'm 30 weeks if that matters

OH yes! And im 30 weeks too!!! I get up and walk around frequently...but that makes it worse since ive been having horrible pains down there!

YES! Sitting all day mackes my back hurt..I get up and stretch/walk around every 30-40min, it helps. Also I try to keep my feet elevated when sitting.

me.. i get up to pee a couple of times.. but there are days where I swear, I have roots growing out of my a$$. To change it up, I kick off my shoes and sit Indian style. I have to be comfy.

YES!
I usually walk around when I feel uncomfy. I also put my feet up while sitting down, I feel like that relieves some of the pressure.

I do!! I have to try to get up a lot more. I also changed my chair to a cheaper chair that's firmer and it's helping a little bit.

yes! im 28weeks and ive been getting sciatica. i try to take a walk every 2 hours or so and i also elevate my legs when i can

It's getting so bad lately. It used to be that I just couldn't sit in a regular chair when I got home, I figured that after the afternoon commute home I just couldn't handle a hard seat, so I opt for the couch 
But now it's an all day pita in the chair at work. Maybe I should get a little pillow??

I had back problems before I was even pregnant and at one point I was going to PT. they gave me advice that may help you too. everytime the phone rings, stretch so your not in one position for too long. it took awhile to sink in, but once I started it, I felt so much better.

yes!! i am soo uncomfortable sitting down all day!! my chair reclines a little and that helps but i feel when im reclined someone is going to say something.
