Where is the weight going????

Serious question..With DD I gained 28lbs total, she was 6 10 oz and 21 inches...we don't have big babies in this family. Anyway, so far at 28/29 weeks I've gained 21lbs more than what I gained with DD at this point so I'm track to gain more..BUT I'm carrying smaller...I think it's all in my azz but DH and my DAD that will TELL me without question the truth both said that my azz and face have not gotten big and that I am carrying smaller than with DD...so where the he!! is this weight going, it's really annoying me...I'm not swollen, can wear my rings etc....I'm really upset bc I really don't want to gain so much as I was a few lbs heavier to begin with for this pg than with DD....
So where is it going, seriously I don't get it...

I feel like i'm gaining ALL over!
Sometimes I don't feel pregnant.. just hefty!!!

A lot of times I think it's water retention. I gained 39 lbs and honestly have no clue where it went. I'm not very big and gained only in my belly. It's strange. When I tell people I'm due in 2 weeks usually they are in shock.

I just assume I must be retaining water.

I think we're carrying the exact way b/c everytime I read your vent posts on this I feel your pain.
I carried so small with Mason. I was still in my regular clothes till the end. Just used a hair band to close my pants after a while. Only gained 26 pds all together. He was 7lb 5 oz and I was 10 days late.

Now... I'm gaining much faster. I was in a lot better shape with Mason still working out. Now, no time... work, get Mason, play, feed him, bath, his bed time then I want to pass out.
I know my butt is getting bigger b/c my small or XS panties are showing all crack and not comfy. I'm carrying most in my belly, but I also weighed less with this one then when I was with Mason when I first got weighed. Also, I lost my boobs with Mason. I was down to an A and now I'm in my B's again and popping out.
I say it's in my boobs and butt. All I know is after this one I can't wait to get the two in the double stroller and start working out again.

See I feel like it's going all over but everyone that sees me including family that are very very blunt(we're like that ) are saying it's not, that I looked heavier with DD1 which is baffling bc my belly is smaller which they do admit is true and my face this time is thinner...DH thinks it may be in my legs but I don't see how all this weight is just in my legs LOL
