Anyone have a 2 family cape?
Can you tell me what your 1st floor set up is?
We are debating expanding with ILs and we would have the downstairs. Trying to get ideas. Any outside pictures would be appreciated too if the cape has an extension.

i rented one when DH and I first started to date...
our area was... front door into a den/kitchen/dinning combo aka one big room. plus the entire upstairs, two bedrooms and one full bath.
the back apt was two bedrooms, full bath, big kitchen open to a big dinning area plus a den which was an enclosed porched. they had the access to the basement.
