Dry heaving...
So this morning the dry heaving began. I didn't have a lick of food in my stomach. I was pouring with sweat by the end of the 5 minute session.
Question, would it be better to eat a little something to puke up when I'm feeling like its going to happen rather than dy heave? I thought I was going to die

Re: Dry heaving...
if you can, i think it would be better to try to get something down. maybe just saltines or something?
also make sure you drink lots to stay hydrated!

Re: Dry heaving...
Try keeping the saltines beside your bed and eat a few before you even get up. Take some sips of water with them and it should help.

Re: Dry heaving...
get whatever you can in your stomach. it may not prevent you from getting sick, but i found it to be less... atrocious... that way.
