It will obviously vary based on the complexity of your transaction, but I believe the average in my area is in the range of $1000-1300.
There are some cheaper attorneys, but be aware that those who charge much less typically do a volume based business and churn out as many closings as they can. So you are less likely to get personal attention, and those attorneys are typically less accessible to their clients who may have questions.
I know some great real estate attorneys that I have worked with and would recommend to anyone, so let me know if you need recommendations.
It doesn't hurt to talk to a few and get their fee quotes before you decide! You definitely want to feel comfortable with who ou select.
