Snugride Car Seat
I am torn on getting the original one (smallest size) or the 30 one.
Which one should I get and why???

For me... Carlie was way to big for the height, she outgrew the height at 20lbs!
and even if she wasn't, that thing got so heavy I couldn't carry it anymore with her in it!
Def go with the smaller one.

I got the 30 because the one I really liked happened to be a 30 so I just went with it. I'm also not planning on carrying my baby around in it till 30 lbs, but if I can get away with just using it as a carseat (not a carrier) for longer, than the extra weight capacity was worth it for me.

I chose the smallest one. I didn't feel I would carry the heavier one at those weight so no reason to get it. The smallest one is just as good.

I have the smaller one- you will not be carrying your little one in it beyond 20 lbs. - trust me- it will be too heavy!- by that time you'll want to convert to the bigger car seat.
