I saw this article and thought i would share...for having twins a couple months ago...she looks great! Although she has always been skiny, skiny, i think genes has something to do with it too...

My cousin who is an OB/GYN told me that this really IS true.
Of course with someone like Celine or Gisele is kind of   bc they are size 0 to begin with!

I'm sure that she would be in great shape no matter what! She has great genes! I do NOT have good genes, and lost all 45 pounds within a few months thanks to bf'ing. No diet or exercise.

I credit BFing completely with getting me back in my pre-pg clothes in no time with both pregnancies. It burns tons of calories.

i believe bf'ing really does make a difference with pp weight loss. my sister bf'ed both of her kids, and she is much thinner than she was even when she was younger, pre-pregnancies.
she also exercised consistently throughout her pregnancy.... i should get on that.

I didnt believe it! My weight hung around for a while. Then around 6 months it started dropping off! I was losing a pound a day at one point!!
I am now +4lbs from my pp weight. My exercise is only walking, so I didn't get to do that all snowy winter. I eat like a pig. I am always hungry.
I am back in my old pants! I can even button my jeans (but won't wear them for fear of muffin top!)
I credit BFing with all of it! Plus, I have not had AF since 10/16/09!
