Did anyone hired a "good" landscape designer to design their landscape?

I am looking for design/plans only not installation.

If you did design only, how much does it cost?

I am not looking for a few pointers. I am looking for a full design with someone "talented". Not someone to tell me what plant to put in some randoms beds.
