My leg is killing me!!!
Last night I had 3 charlie horses in a row!!!
It was soooo painful I was almost screaming and crying. I handled labor pains better than this. I got one and then that one stopped and then 3 seconds later another one in the same spot and then it stopped and then a few seconds later yet another one!!! It's sooo sore today that I'm limping around.
Anyone else experience charlie horses in their calves? I only had one with Caiden and so far this has been the 2nd time, but really the 4th!!!

I had one last week that woke me up in the middle of the night and Holy Mother of G*d did it hurt. I was limpimg around for a week. Soooooooooooo painful. Eat those bananas girl!!!

I was getting them everynight and multiple times a night like you.
I was told so many different things.
I haven't gotten them fully in a few weeks (where I wake up screaming in pain) but they still come occasionally.
I was told
**Drink more water (duhhh..the obvious answer to every pregnancy question)
**Eat more potassium (banana)
**Walk more during the day
**More Calcium
**Stretch
Which will work for you??? Who knows...every professional tells me something different.
 Hopefully they go away soon!!!!!

I had them all the time with my first pregnancy and they were horrible
I haven't *knock on wood* had one yet with this one though.

Bananas have worked for me. I drink a ton of water as it is so I know it's not that. If you feel your leg cramping up lay down and with no socks put your foot on a cold floor (if possible).
Hope you feel better and stop getting them!!

Thank God for this board !!! i had one the other night and thought my leg was going to fall off. I let out this scream my dh thought i was going into labor. I was crying and holding my leg while begging him to rub it, after what appeared to be eternity it was over.

Gatorade!! I'm drinking a huge thing of it now for the very same problem...terrble charlie horse last night that made me want to know how i p****d God off! lol!
