corned beef and cabbage
so i look forward to my MIL making corned beef and cabbage every march. she just emaield me and said that she couldn't find corned beef without nitrates but that she got a low salt one.
i know that nitrates aren't great but i have rarely eaten anything with nitrates throughout my pregnancy so having this meal this weekend will be okay, right?

Oh i didn't know anything about nitrates? I have it in the crockpot right now waiting for me when I get home, and will be eating it again next week ....

I didn't either. I was planning on getting some next week. I agree with everything in moderation.
