Self tanner - help!
OK so I am naturally very fair. I have sworn off even trying to get a "real" tan lol it's just not for me. BUT I do like to look tan or at the very least have a "healthy glow."
I really enjoy using self tanner but I just can never seem to get it right in one area... MY HANDS/WRIST.
I am always paranoid about washing my hands so my palms aren't dark and then my hands are always whiter than my arms!
Girls who frequently use self tanner lotion... helpful hints for applying??

Use a spray NOT a lotion.

Re: Self tanner - help!
I use gloves and do everywhere else first. I then mix it with my moisturizer (like I do for my face) for the top of my hands and make sure I blend it in well and then I use a baby wipe for the inside of my hands to make sure I got it all off.
I just got this kind: fake and bake and it is awesome!! You put it on at night and you can see everything so I will know if there is a streak or spot and I just rub it in. You take a shower in the morning and when you get out you have a perfect tan. It also turns my skin a nice golden brown and not orange at all. IMO it looks natural and not fake.
Good luck!

Re: Self tanner - help!
im using jergens natural glow express.
i exfoliate with the Buf-Buf Double sided body sponge then I apply after my shower instead of body lotion.
The color is soft and gradual..after day 2 it can be noticed.
I apply all over like I do body lotion, then I wash my hands after.
so far so good! and the smell is not bad considering i put my work clothes on and go.
my honest coworkers said they do not notice the scent at all so that is good..
