Thanks again girls for your well wishes and prayers. I do have a good update:
I saw the doctor again and they did tests again and I don't have any more contractions. My cervix is still long and closed. They think the contractions were due to dehydration (so ladies make sure you drink lots of water). I'm on pelvic rest yet again to my next appointment, which is Friday. I'm just so relieved things are looking good and I'm not on bed rest.
