Do you notice this?
I feel lke 9 out of 10 people I come across on a daily basis wear pants that are too short.
I know I posted about this as a pet peeve recently, but it is just amazing to me.
I don't get it.
I am tall- 5 9 - and I wear heels and I STILL manage to find pants that are the correct length. It's not that hard anymore. The majority of pants come in lengths now.
And the funny thing is- these women are usually shorter.
So there really is no excuse.
Sometimes they are wearing a heel that is too high for the hem of the pant, but I even notice it with flats too.
Drives me up a wall - I dont' know why.
It just looks SOOO bad to me.
If I can see your ankle- your pants are too short. Period.

Short people with short pants is #1 on my pet peeve list.
And I have a friend that is constantly guilty of it.

This is one of my pet peeves too!!!! And not just jeans - I hate when people wear sweat pants that are too short on them too!
I'm tall like you - maybe it's a tall girl thing?

When I met DH all his jeans were too short. He was a size 28 waist and his mother (yes his mommy was still shopping for him) claimed she couldn't find jeans with a length longer than 28. I nipped that in the bud fasts.

I am 5'1" so jean length has always been a problem. So now I get regular length and have them tailored. There really is no excuse to have ill fitting jeans.

i just assume they dont know how to wash them and they all shrink, i would HOPE that they are not walking out of the store like that?

this is a pet peeve of mine
people dont understand that short tailored pants are for flats
long tailored pants are for heels
i think they try to get away with both
and it doesnt work.

I F**** hate when people have too short pants.
you're right..it used to be harder years ago to get long lenghts. im not 5'9 but i have long legs and need a 33" inseam; even 34" sometimes..depending on the pant.
now a days everyone carries talls/shorts/longs, petites. its easy to get a correct size.

OMG!!!! This drives me crazy. I'm 5'11" so I have a hard time finding pants because sometimes even the Talls are to short. I just don't get how people can look in the mirror and like how it looks when their pants are to short.

i am 5'8" i have worn pants that are too short and i hate it...but i live in a small town with no where to shop...i buy what i can....normally they just hit the btm of my ankles to the top of my foot which i HATE...i love it when i get to go out of town to shop and get things that are long enough!
but yes i HATE pants that are too short...hate it...but i am a victim of too short pants.
bugs the crap out of me when short ppl have pants that are too short...im not even sure how that is possible

I have noticed shorter pants are more in style now - I guess to show off your shoes - If you look at all the models on store websites, you will see their pants only come to the top of their shoe (i.e. skinny jeans but also dress pants) and then they have on a heel or bootie or something.

I wasn't trying to be mean. I just didn't understand it. Sorry if I offended you.
Just as an aside- if the tall pants are too long, I get them hemmed. I found a dry cleaner that does it for under $10.
I always tend to buy them too long if need be- rather than too short, because you can always hem, but you can't make them any longer, kwim?

I find the best place to find long length pants are Victoria's Secret. I tend to order them online too- it's easier than trying to find them in a store for sure!

Ugh, yes. I hate when my jeans are too short. I find it really, really hard to find decent jeans. I'm plus size, so that's issue number one. However, I also have to order tall jeans because I am tall.
Therefore, I'm looking for plus size jeans + tall jeans + stylish jeans, and it can be really annoying at times to find a decent pair.
