Did anyone fail their 1 hour (with UPDATE)

Besides me!

Looks like I'm going back on Sat for the 3 hour.

Did anyone pass their 3 hour after failing their 1 hour? I don't like how they call it failing! I guess it should be under 135 and I was at 145. Booooo


UPDATE! I passed the 3 hour!!! It was not fun, and I probably talked every pregnant lady's ear off at one hour intervals, since they all had 1 hr. tests. I'm that pregnant lady in the waiting room

Anyway, I passed!

u didnt fail by much i failed and was 190! i ended up having gestational diabetes and i know A LOT of people who failed one hour and passed 3 hour, dont worry :)

and if you didnt pass and they want to monitor your sugar -take it from a a wuss- its no biggy :)

I was told that a lot of multiple moms fail the 1 hour. I did. And I was extremely close to failing the 3 hour also! Not that it mattered b/c I ended up having them the same day I took my 3 hour!

I failed my one hour by 5pts and then I was on the cutoff for the 3 hour. So, I changed my diet and my doc monitored my blood sugar at each office visit.
Even if you fail, it isn't awful. It actually helped me keep myself healthy and my weight down. Good luck!!!

I failed the 1 hour. Not sure by how many points because the nurse at my doctors office said "by a few points."

I took the 3 hour later that week and passed "with flying colors". Didn't change my diet in between or anything.

The tech at the 3 hour said moms pregnant with multiples are more likely to have to take the 3 hour.

And when I was pregnant with DS I passed 1 hour with no problem.

i falied the 1 hour. i was 140. i tried to take the 3 hour and couldn't keep the stuff down, so they just diagnosed me with gestational and i was fine. i checked my sugars 4 x a day and they were never over 90. i know a lot of people that failed the 1 hour and passed the 3 so i wouldn't stress!!

I failed the 1 hr but passed the 3 hr...just sucked bc I had to do the 3 hr at 16 weeks then again I did it at 30 weeks....That crap was nasty!!!!

i failed the 1 hr then did the 3 hr and passed...i was supposed to do another 3 hr at 30 weeks but delivered at 29 so i got out of that one

I failed the one hour too. It was 132 and they said the Dr doesnt like to see anything really over 125! CRAZY!!! Now I have to take the 3 hr on thursday and hope I pass and don't up that nasty crap. It has made me sick in the past and I'm not really looking fwd to it. Hope I pass it this time. They said most people do pass the 3 hr after failing the 1 hr but the way my lucks been running I'm not holding my breath
