Our mortgage payment...
went down $100 a month for this year!
DH said it had something to do with escrow. I am clueless but still really happy about this

Ours went down as well, but we are keeping the payment the same so we can pay this thing off asap.

Isn't that the best!! Our went down by about $175 last year and I was thrilled! I hope it keeps going lower too.... we have 7 years left!!

Value of our home went down so our
taxes went down also. that what
lowered our mortgage payment so for
us it was bitter sweet..
