Not sure if this is the right board for this, but I'm wondering if anyone out there knows anything about Nassau County Laws regarding apartment buildings. We have a HUGE problem. Our entire outside facing wall has water damage, it's leaking in from the brick from all the snow and rain. What are they obligated to do?
