Oh so exciting!! Good luck!!! I remember how excited I was for that appointment. I was like a kid on Christmas morning!
The only time I had cramping in the second trimester was when I didn't drink enough. Make sure you are always hydrated!
I drink SOOO much water in a day. I only drink water really too. I've always been a huge water drinker. I'm never without a bottle or glass of water!!!
