I have a calphalon and am very happy with it. TJ Maxx in Islandia had lots of frying pans, non-stick and stainless steel.

We have the Analon ones from Macy's, but we have also had Paula Dean's from Kohl's and those were great too.

I love my Analon. It doesn't matter what I cook in it, and how long it sits. Many times the longer it sits the better...after a certain point I can usually just wipe 95% of whatever is there out with just a papertowel, and then wash it in under 2 miinutes.
