Can turn oven on but it's not heating up????
 I have an in the wall oven with the microwave above it. The button pad that controls he oven is working but the oven is not getting hot? If the oven was broken wouldn't the control pad not work either?

are the control pads from the electricity when you plug in the oven?
do you have an electric oven?

I had a similar issue last year where my oven turned on but didn't heat up. It was like a fan was blowing cool air around in the oven. It turned out that one of the parts had shorted out, and I got it replaced.

This is what's happening. Did you call a repairman? What part needed to be rlaced?

is it under warranty?
I would contact the manufacturer in either case.. just play dumb.. they may be able to send someone out to repair it OR they can refer you to a few local people who can.
