oil prices
How much should I be paying per gallon?
I was locked in @ 2.19 - then get a bill for my most recent delivery @ 3.39 - I am freaking out. Was I supposed to contact them once my contractual year was up??
I feel so DUMB and broke....
Your advice is needed

They should have been calling u with the new rate. You can find another company now. I had Petro and just currently switched to Slomins... 109 contract and 3.19 fixed. I made a bunch of calls n this was the best rate.

im not locked in but its really not a bad price considering how much its been going up every day.
the cheapest i found last week was 2.96 but all the other companies were either 3.06 or 3.07. however, i do pay for a contract seperatly and i believe its 175 for the oil burner and water heater.
I have a 500 gal tank and usually fill up around oct nov b4 the prices start going up for the winter but we had so many expenses come up that we couldnt fill it up completly and put in only 250 gal in oct. just added another 250 gal last week and its was $200 more than it was in oct
