What multi-vitamin did you take after pre-natals?
For pretty much the entire last 4 yrs off and on I have been on pre-natals b/w being pg and nursing. Now I'm taking a centrum multivitamin and it is AWFUL - I always get a stomach ache about 20-30 min after taking it. This never happened with my prenatals! What do you take and does it bother you?

I took CVS brand from day 1 and never had any issues. They are so much cheaper as well.

I take a multi called Propax with NT Factor. It is really good to give you energy, but has NO stimulants whatsoever. Another good vitamin is by a company called Rainbow Light, or New Chapter Organics. They all have "whole food" vitamins, which shouldn't upset your stomach. If they do, try taking them with a meal!

First off I found taking vitamins at night before bedtime worked out best for me. I take a multi vitamin from Nutrilite. Its a plant based vitamin and gets absorbed better than snythetic vitamins...
