Our built in cabinet is finally DONE!! Pics and vendor rave.
I think I might have posted pics of this in progress-- but, it has been painted and all of the hardware has been installed.
Here are some before and after shots of it.. But basically, we had a breakfast bar that was RIGHT next to the dining area. In an 1100 sq. foot apartment, it was quite redundant. So we had a custom cabinet built, which I designed, and we can store all of our china and crystal- among other things in here.
Our carpenter is LI based and is my dad's girlfriends son-in-law. Let me know if you want his info-- he is amazing to work with and his work is really great quality. The piece looks like it was always meant to be there.
Here is before--- one of the pics was taken before we moved in during our inspection..

Thanks-- we loved that table, but we actually just returned it. We had gotten it from ABC and there was something wrong with it-- that it kept splitting- by the time the second table they sent us split too- we just returned it for a full refund. We just got a great new table from Europine in Rockville Centre-- I am going to post pics of my new table too!
